The UK Ancestry Visa

You may apply for a Ancestry visa if you have a grandparent who was born in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man. Applications from candidates with a grandparent who was born in the Republic of Ireland before March 1922 will also be valid. Applications may be considered valid based upon the British birth of any one of your four grandparents, alive or deceased.

Our lawyers have great experience in processing un-married couple visas. We understand the importance of ensuring that applications are done correctly at the first instance. It is often due to technical reasons that many applications fall at the first stage, leading to unnecessary appeals and costs.

One of our highly experienced and dedicated lawyers will work with you at every stage of your application, providing updates on the progress of your application.
